~Manufacturing Products with Top-Class Manufacturing Systems~
Established in 1932
Corporate Strengths
Hirotec mass produces automotive parts (doors and exhaust system parts), and manufactures the production facilities required to produce such parts (molds and assembly lines). By covering all processes from design to tool making, quality development, and mass production, we are building a system that is competitive in terms of quality, cost, and delivery time.
Unique, Best-Selling Products and Services
■ Full vertical approach
By integrating the entire manufacturing process, from the development of products to design/manufacture of facilities, and mass production, we utilize our accumulated technology and know-how to provide highly-quality products and production facilities. Further, in order to provide services that meet customers’ needs, we have established a “full vertical approach” system for optimal manufacturing; if improvements are proposed during the parts production process, we send such suggestions to the parts development, facility design, and manufacturing departments as feedback.
Appeal to New Graduates/Mid-Career Recruits
We utilize a full-featured training program that covers everything from technical systems to administrative systems, to support the growth of employees after they have joined our company. Training programs include a skill transfer system in which expert manufacturing skills and technology are passed on to new employees, an overseas study system for nurturing personnel with an international perspective, and in-house foreign language classes (English, Chinese).
