We handle the largest annual volume of oysters in the industry. With unshucked delicious oysters supplied from Hiroshima Prefecture and 40 production locations in 17 prefectures from Hokkaido in the north to Kyushu in the south, we maintain a system that allows the procurement of fresh raw oysters from anywhere in Japan in any season.

Unique, Best-Selling Products and Services

■  Frozen deep fried oysters (Domestic share: 30%)

The production volume of frozen deep fried oysters that are manufactured by our company accounts for approximately 30% of the total volume produced in Japan (for FY2016). It is a popular product sold at major restaurant chains and supermarkets. We also manufacture lemon flavored and curry flavored deep fried oysters as online or gift purchases only.
