This product has achieved the world’s top-level of high-speed pin grinding. It incorporates a built-in wheel spindle motor, a linear motor for wheelhead feed, and a high-output built-in servo motor for work spindle rotation, to achieve high-speed and stable C and X axis control. Furthermore, the table traverse type assures high-precision grinding. It offers a variety of workpiece holding methods, such as chuck, collet, and dual-center. It can be used for machining eccentric pins for compressors, and for other parts such as cams for speed reducers.
