We plan, design, manufacture, sell, and provide maintenance for FRP (glass fiber-reinforced plastic) boats and molded parts. We manufacture lifeboats in compliance with international standards, and use an overseas network to provide routine maintenance and inspection even after our products have been delivered.

■ Large FRP fishing boats (Domestic share: 100%)

We have the only shipyard that is equipped to build ships of up to 180 gross tonnage, the largest class for FRP vessels in Japan, primarily for fishing boats. We perform all aspects of shipbuilding, from planning to design, manufacture, and inspection. We also design and build custom-made ships based on the customer’s needs. Starting from a completely blank slate, we first use wood to create a frame that will form the shape of the boat. Next, we apply our own special technology to the FRP molding method to manufacture parts that are lightweight, strong, and durable, in order to build lightweight boats that also conserve energy.
