■ iMQL system

This cutting system for machine tools mixes a minute amount of lubricant and carrier gas inside the spindle and discharges the mixture from the tool tip. Compared with conventional systems in which a large volume of lubricant is used (and dioxins are generated during disposal) while cutting, this system is environmentally friendly, and allows high-speed and highly efficient machining. It can be installed in all our machining centers, and is the only system manufactured in Japan in which the lubricant and carrier gas are mixed inside the spindle.
