■ Using 3D printers for precision casting products

We have a track record of 20 years with 3D printers, and uses 3D models for our unique “Rapid Ceramic Molding Method” to produce molds for precision castings. This technology allows the manufacturing time for precision castings to be reduced to 1/4 of conventional methods, and also reduces costs by half. This technology contributes to the promotion of product development, by allowing us to provide precision castings for prototypes and small lot products in a variety of fields, including automotive, with a short delivery time, at low cost, and with high quality.
