~Top share of Red Shiso Dried Seasoning~

Established in 1949

Corporate Strengths

We own a registered trademark for “Yukari®”, the number one brand market shareholder in the red shiso dried seasoning segment. We have also developed pioneering products and business in areas such as powdered udon soup, and mixed rice ingredients, as well as the “Saraya” line of rice balls and deli foods. We do not actively advertise, and believe that we can continue to provide unchanged tasty flavor, and safety, food by focusing on the introduction of high-quality raw materials.

Unique, Best-Selling Products and Services

■ Red shiso dried seasoning “Yukari®”(Domestic share: 90%, Global share: 90%)

We were the first in the dried seasoning industry to lead with only vegetable products. Originally, dried seasoning was produced with mainly animal food products, such as bonito flakes. After the segment growth of Yukari, we have now mixed some seafood products to help develop additional line items to the product line.
