■ RF plasma generator (TX series)

We designed a half-rack RF plasma generator that is 1/3 the weight of conventional models, and is the smallest model in the industry. This basic, low power model uses an amplifier that is resistant to high-frequency reflections in order to provide output in a range from 300 to 3000 W. Available options include a pulse function, arc cut function, and a VF (variable frequency) function. Products can be manufactured to the specifications required by customers in a variety of industries.
