We have renewed the core system that is shared not only with the high-frequency power supply for plasma， but also with peripheral devices such as automatic impedance matching devices and measuring instruments. The control speed is about 1000 times faster than before， achieving unprecedentedly stable plasma discharge， high power reproducibility， and precise waveform shaping. This all-in-one model simultaneously features major functions such as “continuous output，” “pulse output，” “arc handling，” and “frequency tuning.” Functions can be flexibly expanded even after the product is shipped， enabling the creation of even more reliable products for future cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing processes.
