Founded in 1977 as a transportation company， we have since expanded to offer more than ten services， focusing on transportation， bus operations， event management， and human resource services. In April 2025， we will also begin operating the hotel “HOTEL Hoshitori Terrace Sekigane.” Our efforts to shift toward a sustainable business model， our unique long-term leave system， and childcare leave taken by both male and female employees have been recognized， and in 2020 we received the Future Generations Support Company Award from the Governor’s Alliance. Our strength lies in the quality of services created by diverse people working in diverse ways.

We define our business domain as “community-based services”， with our operations limited to the eastern area of Tottori and Shimane Prefectures. In contrast， we do not limit the types of services we provide， instead offering a wide range of services needed by the local community. One key to this approach is our corporate culture of aiming to be all-round players. By having each employee take on multiple roles and new responsibilities， we are able to minimize risks when launching new businesses and carry out operations more efficiently.
