For nearly 100 years since establishment, Yokoyama Fishing Net has been one of Japan’s leading and consistent manufacturers of fishing nets from the point of view of fishery operators, supporting the coastal fishing industry in Japan through the manufacture of fishing nets. We have developed and introduced original equipment and machinery related to the manufacture of fishing nets, and currently have approximately 60% share in the field of coastal fishing nets in the Japanese market. Features of our company include build-to-order manufacturing, an integrated production system, high-mix low-volume production, and the manufacture of original high-performance products.

We offer a variety of knots, including single, double, and specialized knots, and a wide selection of netting that includes gill nets, trawl nets, round haul nets, fixed nets, and aquaculture nets. Nylon and other raw yarn and raw materials are used, as well as high-performance synthetic fiber developed by Toray for fishing nets.
