We have focused on developing human resources, and are looking for motivated and passionate people regardless of age. Some employees have been promoted to quality assurance supervision positions in overseas plants in their 4th year, while others have been promoted to management positions in their 3rd year. We implement a mentor system in which one-on-one guidance is provided for a 6-month period, and therefore special skills are not required in order to join us.
