Fujiwara Techno-Art, a pioneer in the manufacture of brewing machinery, is paving the way toward the fully-automated production of koji (rice malt) for the production of soy sauce, miso, sake, shochu, and similar products. With the growing popularity of Japanese food, we export our products to approximately 30 countries around the world. We have also used our expertise in the fermentation field to develop filtration and powder sterilization machinery.

We have accumulated a wide range of fermentation and production technology in the nearly 100 years since our company was established in 1933. This includes a wide range of component technologies, such as heat treatment technology for raw materials (grain), culture and fermentation control technology for microorganisms, solid-liquid separation technology, and sterilization technology. When constructing plants, we efficiently arrange equipment that incorporates these technologies in order to achieve more comfortable and highly productive environment in all plant buildings. We cooperate on the construction project in all aspects from the supervision of construction design to the actual construction of the plant, and provide thorough support for equipment production, production activities, maintenance, and the improvement of processes so that the plant will operate smoothly.
