~Utilizing the Highest Level of Casting Technology to Manufacture Character Masks~

Established in 1970

Corporate Strengths

We have grown into a global company operating in Japan and Southeast Asian countries with a core business of precision casting. We are now at a turning point, but have always had faith in being the best partner for our clients. In the intensifying competition over the rising demand for high quality, low cost, timely delivery, varied product assortment, and small lots, we strive to provide customers with the best possible value.

Unique, Best-Selling Products and Services

■ Robin mask (Domestic share: 100%)

The quality of this mask for a popular anime character has been recognized by the creator of the original manga. This intricate and attractive mask was manufactured with our unique technology, based on the combination of 50 years of casting and the skills of our craftsmen.

Appeal to New Graduates/Mid-Career Recruits

We have focused on developing human resources, and are looking for motivated and passionate people regardless of age. Some employees have been promoted to quality assurance supervision positions in overseas plants in their 4th year, while others have been promoted to management positions in their 3rd year. We implement a mentor system in which one-on-one guidance is provided for a 6-month period, and therefore special skills are not required in order to join us. In addition, we provide support for women to play an active part in the workplace.
